The office you need is determined by where the property sits, not where you live -- use the list below to find the right one for your quitclaim deed.

Keep in mind that recording isn't what makes you the owner -- the signed, notarized, and delivered deed already did that. Recording's job is different: it puts the transfer on the public record, which is what protects you if someone else later tries to claim an interest in the same property.
